Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@parentiacare.com, and we’ll work to make it right.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you’d like is to return the original, and once accepted, place a new order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
